1. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Victoria.

2. Prices & GST

All prices are provided on request (POR). Where a price applies, it is inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST, 10%) unless stated otherwise. European VAT (MwSt) does not apply to Australian orders.

3. Quotes & supply

Goods are supplied by individual quote. Freight from Austria to Australia is quoted per order and confirmed before any commitment.

4. Australian Consumer Law guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For major failures with goods you are entitled to a refund or replacement; for other failures, to repair, replacement or refund. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Contact office@mynaturalpool.com.au first. Unresolved matters may be referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the ACCC (accc.gov.au).

European withdrawal/cancellation rights (Widerrufsrecht) do not apply; Australian consumer guarantees above govern.
